Create Sources and Set up Follow Up Campaigns in LionDesk

1. Click “Settings” (left menu). Then, under the LionDesk Settings tab, click “New Source”.
2. Create a source and click “Add Source”. This source will trigger the drip campaigns, so make sure to copy it because you will need to add it to the L2L Listing landing pages, Property Valuation Plus landing page, and others in the following steps.
NOTE: We suggest to use the L2L-Sellers or L2L-Buyers sources if you have generic email campaigns. However, you can set different sources if you have different email campaigns. For example, if you have Property Valuation Plus landing pages for two different cities and you have campaigns for each, then you can create two sources (L2L-“Name of the 1st city” and L2L-“Name of the 2nd city”), so each source triggers the correct email campaign.
3- Once you create the source, you need to add a Lead Source Provider (Listings2Leads). Do it by clicking the “Lead Distribution & Team Settings” tab and click the dropdown menu “-- Select Lead Source Provider --”
4. Select “Listings2Leads” and click “Add New Lead Routing”
5. A popup will appear where you need to add a Source, an Email campaign for this source (you need to have an email campaign already created), and select a Distribution type.
6. And click “Save Lead Routing”. Now everything is ready in LionDesk. If you have more than one email campaign and/or source, follow the steps above.
Set up sources in Listings2Leads: Sellers
1. Log into your L2L account and enter your LionDesk User login in your Profile > CMR tab:
2. Click on “Landing Pages” on the left navbar. Select the landing page that will be used to follow up with leads and click on the pencil to edit it.
3. Click on “Advanced Options”
4. In the Preferences options, Enter the same source you created in LionDesk (i.e. “L2L-Sellers”) and click Save
Set up sources in Listings2Leads: Buyers
Log into your L2L account and click the 'Profile' icon (left down) ➤ Click the 'CRM' tab across the top ➤ LionDesk
1. Click "CRM" and then "Liondesk V2", then click "Connect".
(You only have to do this ONE TIME! So if you have already done this, you do not need to do it again)
2. Click on “Listings” on the left navbar. Select the listing that will be used to follow up with leads and click on the pencil to edit it.
3. Under the Edit tab, click the “CRM follow up Plan” field and Enter the same source you created in LionDesk (i.e. “L2L-Buyers”) and click Save
NOTE: When the listing status changes to any of the following statuses’, the lead capture changes from buyer-focused to seller-focused. So you should change the follow-up plan in LionDesk as appropriate.
