Under Preferences, you can control some aspects of the Landing Page, such as how the valuations are sent, and the information shown on the page. See below to learn more:
- Go to Landing Pages.
- Click on the Marketing Tools option for the Landing Page,
- Click on Edit.
- Select Preferences.
- Adding Zip Codes will allow you to populate data (when available) to the Print Marketing and Facebook Posts of the Landing Page.
- Tags are used for you to search and keep track of contact types, interests, and more, certain CRMS allow you to assign tags to specific campaigns.

CRM Lead Source Let you send leads to specific follow-up plans, you will need to check for your CRM.
- Here you will see different options for the Landing page. below you will find a breakdown for each option. Keep in mind that if there is a checkmark next to the option, this means that it is enabled.
Show Schedule Onsite Valuation form
This allows the lead to set a date and time for you to do a 5-minute onsite valuation walk-through.
Recommend leaving this checked.
Display Value Estimate on the final page
Displays the home value estimate on the final page when checked.
Send Value Estimate Via Email
Sends the home value estimate via email when checked.
Show social media icons
This will let people share the landing page on various social media websites.
Show Hotline Information
If you are subscribed to the Text / IVR service, it will display the 'Text To' information so people can text to request a home value estimate. You will need to provide the home value estimate by either entering the email given to your Property Valuation PLUS landing page or prepare and send from another source. See example here.
Use open format for phone numbers
Allows for any phone format, most useful if used outside of the United States.
Redirect after form completion
Check the box and then enter the FULL URL to the website you want to redirect leads to. The final page of the landing page will still appear, and the redirected website will appear as a pop-up.
