This will auto-send your seller leads generated using your Property Valuation PLUS landing pages a monthly home value estimate update every month that will help convert seller leads into listings!
Where home value estimates are not available, the lead will get a version of the email that lets them request an updated home value estimate from you.
To find and activate this, see the following steps and refer to the screenshot below as needed.
- Go to Landing Pages
- Select the Edit option
- Click on Edit
- Click 'Follow Up' in the left column
- Check the box for 'Send Follow Up Email the first week of every month.'
- Click 'Save All Changes'
To view how the email looks: - Click the tab 'Home Value Estimate Available' or, Home Value Estimate Not Available
- Change the Subject Line.
- Edit the email if needed.
- Use dynamic tags in your email
- Save any changes
- Click 'Send' and then check your email.
- Set to default wording.
NOTES:
You can activate this at any time, but emails will be sent between the first and seventh of every month.
If you activate this between the first and seventh of the month, emails will go out to all seller leads for the landing page that night / early next day.
