Editing a campaign allows you to adjust its settings, add steps, and more.
Follow the steps below to edit Campaigns:
- Go to the Campaigns tab in Follow-Ups.
- Click the three dots of the campaign you are trying to edit out.
- Click Edit Settings to change the campaigns' frequency, sender, or other details. To learn more about the details you can edit, click here.
- To Edit one of the already created emails, click on the pencil icon above the name of the email.
A. You have different options for the step. The recommended option is to send the step using the default settings; however, you can always modify this by selecting the send immediately option or by selecting specific dates.
B. In the Subject Line field, you will see the subject that reflects the content of the email. You can always change it if you need to.
C. Use the text editor to modify the wording of the email. You can customize the text formatting using bold, italics, underline, and other rich-text options. Use dynamic tags (e.g., {first_name}) to personalize the email automatically for each recipient.
D. We already include a PDF Guide in most emails. If you want to upload yours, remove the current one and click the "Upload PDF" button to add an attachment. Once uploaded, you will see the file with options to download or delete it.
E. At the bottom of the window, you have the following options:
Save: Saves the changes and applies them to the campaign.
Save Draft: Saves your progress without finalizing it.
Send Test Email: Send a test email to yourself or a colleague.
Close: Exits without saving changes.
- You can turn each step ON or OFF.
- Send yourself a test step/email.
- Look at the statistics of the step.
- Remove the step/email from the Follow Up.
