All of the campaigns created have Settings that can be modified.
Please take a look below for more details.
- Go to Follow-Ups.
- Select the three dots next to the Campaign and click on edit.
- Click the Settings option.
- You will see the Campaign section:
A. You can modify the campaign name.
B. Check the email address from which you want to send the emails.
C. Select the right list to send the campaign to.
D. Please turn ON the option to send to your existing contacts. We will send it to the leads you received in the system after January 21st, 2021.
- Preferences
A. You can choose when the campaign starts.
B. You can modify the frequency of the campaign.
C. The ‘Recurring’ option is OFF by default. However, you can turn it ON to make a campaign run forever or stop it on a particular date.
