We create four automatic lists for you, you can use them as needed or create your own.
You can create a contact list to send email sequences to potential customers. Apply filters and any future leads that match those filters will be added automatically.
Follow the steps below to create Contact Lists:
- Go to Follow Ups.
- Click ‘Create Contact List’
- You will have two options; read below to know which fits your needs.
A. Click on Based on filters.
You will be able to select the leads you want to add to your contact list from a list of filters. The filters will appear according to the tools you have in the system.
Keep in mind that the filter you select will add the past and future leads to the list. You can select more than one filter.
B. Once you have selected the filters, click ‘Create List’
C. Click on Regular List.
D. Give a name to the Contact List.
E. You can search contacts by name or last name.
F. Select the contacts you want to add to the list.
G. Click on Create List.
