In your Listings tab, you will now see the option Listing Presentation. This will allow you to see the different tools created for the Listing Presentation.

To download it, please follow the steps below:
- Go to your Listing tab.
- Listing Presentation.
- Go to Property Marketing Plan.
- Click on the 'Download' to download the PDF or on the 'Send' button to send the PDF to your email.
Under the Listing Presentation Structure, you can:
- A. Add an Introduction (New)
This is a brief introduction with important information for your seller. It can help you to address important needs your client has, make sure to get their attention, and showcase your credibility.
1. You can turn OFF the Introduction If needed.
2. Modify the Bio (Introduction) that will show up in the Listing Presentation.
3. Save any changes. - B. Provide a CMA.
- C. Download the Property Marketing Plan.
- D. Provide a PDF with The Home Selling Process.
- E. Send the How to Prepare Your Home For Sale Guide.
- F. Provide the Listing Agreement.

- Click 'Add Listing' on the Listings Dashboard and enter the home checking 'Listing Presentation'.If need be, do a drive-by and take a photo of the home and upload that and a few photos of the neighborhood or area.

See how to present 'Listings-to-Leads' in your listing presentation. Do this in your style and add to it with other things you may be doing!
- Once you add the listing as a Listing Presentation you will receive an email with all the links for the tools of your listing, you can also go to your Listings-To-Leads account and check the ‘Market Listing’ section to access the tools.
- You can show these tools to the owner
- The ‘Market Listing’ will give you the tools for every single status of the listing, you can check on our tutorials on Marketing Lead Generation by clicking here so you can check out the tools and explain them to the owner.
- You can show the owner posts on different social media platforms.
- If subscribed to the Listings-to-Leads Text / IVR service, assign a Property ID to the listing. Now, at your listing presentation, you can show them the tools that you are ready to use to market their home, AND when you have them text their homes 'Property ID' to either 25678 or 888-881-6801
