Circle Prospecting Scripts is a cutting-edge tool designed to help you effectively connect with leads over the phone. These scripts are tailored to encourage engaging conversations, to convert any potential clients.
We offer two versions: one for when print materials like Letters, Postcards, or Door Hangers have already been distributed to neighbors and your farm area, and another for when these materials haven't been sent.
You can customize the scripts to match your style and requirements.
- Go to Listing Presentation.
- Select the Farm/Circle Prospecting Script option.
- You will find in this section two different scripts for the two scenarios when a Letter/Postcard or Door Hanger has been sent or when a letter/postcard or door Hanger is not sent. Select the one that fits your needs.
- You have two scripts, Script A, when you are sure the lead is trying to sell their home, and Script B when the lead is not interested in selling.
