This tutorial will guide you through setting up a Facebook and Instagram ad campaign using the Listings-to-Leads platform. Follow these instructions to create or personalize your Facebook and Instagram ads.
- Locate the left-hand menu and click on "Landing Pages": This will open a list of your available landing pages.
- Select "Marketing Tools" green button on the Down Payment Assistance Landing Page.
- Click on "Facebook & Instagram Ads": From the Marketing Tools options, choose "Facebook & Instagram Ads." This will open the ad creation section.
- Select Ad Objective: Choose your ad objective from the dropdown menu. For this example, "Lead Ads" is selected, which is designed to capture leads directly through Facebook or Instagram.
- Specify Location: You can just enter the location where you want your ad to be shown. You can type in a city, region, or country. You can also set the radius for the target area around the specified location.
- Edit Post: Click on "Edit Post" to modify the text and content of your ad. You can customize the headline, description, and call to action.
- Edit Image: Click on "Edit Image" to change the visual content of your ad. You can upload a new image or select one from the existing library.
- Set Budget & Schedule:
Budget: Choose between a daily or lifetime budget for your ad. Enter the amount you want to spend.
Schedule: Set the start and end dates for your ad campaign. - Media: Change the Image or Use a video.
- Turn ON the Advanced Options, and click here to learn more about them.
- If you do not want to use the Advanced Options and the ad looks fine to you, click on Publish.
