Inside your listings logs, you should be able to see any email or eFlyer sent inside the platform.
To access your logs follow the instructions below:
- Go to your Listings tab.
- Click on the three dots and select Analytics.
- Select Logs.
- At the top of the logs section, there are two options: "Email Sent" and "eFlyer Logs"
Click on the “Email Sent” tab to view emails you’ve sent out, or switch to "eFlyer Logs" for flyer distribution-related details. - The table shows essential information for each email that has been sent with the listing's information, such as:
- Sent To: The recipients of the email.
- Status: Whether the email has been sent or is in draft mode.
- Date Sent/Scheduled: The time the email was sent or scheduled to be sent.
- Sent: Number of emails delivered.
- Open: Number of emails opened.
- CTR (Click-Through Rate): Shows how many recipients clicked on links in the email.
- To dive deeper into the performance metrics for a particular email, click the chart icon. This provides additional insights, such as detailed open rates, click-through rates (CTRs), and engagement statistics.
