Expired Flipbook

You can now create a Flipbook for your FSBO Listings. 

The Flipbook contains all of the listing's information. You can watch the quick video below or follow the instructions under the video. 

To create the Flipbook, please add the listing to the account. 

Go to the Listings tab and click 'Add Listing' on the Listings Dashboard. Enter the home address and the listing's information. Make sure you select the Expired status to get the right marketing tools. 

1. In the Listings tab, click on the Listing address if you are not there. 
2. Click on the listing's edit option, and make sure all fields have the correct information and that the proper Expired status is selected. 
3. Click on Flipbook.
   
   
   
   
4. The Flipbook will be generated in the upcoming minutes. 
   
   
   
   
5. The Flipbook will be ready in a few minutes. Once prepared, click the 'Click here to review' or 'Flipbook' option. 
6. To share the Flipbook, you can copy the URL.
