In your Follow-Ups section, you will see the Email Blasts section.
Email Blasts allow you to send a single email to your database or a specific contact list. To learn more keep reading below:
- Navigate to the Follow Ups Section.
- Click on the Email Blast option.
- You can choose from different email statuses such as New, Scheduled, Draft, Sent, Bookmarked or All. Click on the right section to filter the emails.
- Use the search bar if you want to find a specific email, use the subject or message content.
- You can also filter your Email Blasts by Contact List.
- Create a Folder to keep track of specific email blasts if needed.
- Export the Email Blasts Data as a CSV File.

The interface displays a list of email blasts with key details. Below are the labeled sections:
A. Subject Line: The title of the email blast.
B. Send To: Shows the target audience for the email.
C. Status: Indicates whether the email is a draft or sent.
D. Created: Displays the date and time when the email was created.
F. Sent Date: The date and time the email was sent (if applicable).
G. Open & CTR (Click-Through Rate): Engagement metrics for the email. -
To edit an existing email, locate it in the list and click the edit (pencil) icon next to it.
On the three dots you can:
Duplicate: Creates a copy of the email for modification.
Delete: Permanently removes the email from the list.Not a Listings-to-Leads user?
