We now have an affiliate program for Lenders!

• Get 10% recurring revenue if you refer a lender/title rep.
• Get 15% if you refer an agent. 
  
• And a one-time referral fee equivalent to the monthly billing of referred Brokers or Offices.
• Lenders/title reps that use your link will get a 45-day free trial instead of 30 days.
• Agents that use your link will get 21 free days trial instead of 14 days.
• You get paid the same day we get paid!

🎯 Set Up and Use Your Listings-to-Leads Affiliate Link

1. Go to the Affiliate Link option.
2. Click on the Set Up Affiliate Link green button.
   
   
   

Affiliate Link

1. You can check your history with your affiliate link for specific time frames or for all time.
2. See your Earnings, Sign-Ups, and Active Sign-Ups.
3. Find your Affiliate link under this option.
4. You can copy and share the link in any campaign, social media, or place you need.  
    
   
   
   
   

Marketing Invites

We have created some digital and print invitations you can always use to refer Lenders, Brokers, or Agents to the platform. 

1. Go to Marketing Invites 
2. Mail the link with content that invites other Lenders, Agents, or Brokers to try Listings-to-Leads. 
   A. Send the invite to a specific address
   B. Edit the email if needed; this is a one-time change. Once you close it out, the wording will revert to its original. 
   C. You can send yourself a test email to check the email out.
   D. Copy the invite code and paste it into any email platform that supports HTML Code to send it to an external database. 
   
   
   
   
3. You can also share the link to your social media accounts by clicking under the Share on Social Media section.
   A. You can see the preview of how the post will look by clicking on the respective platform. 
   B. Edit the post if needed. Keep in mind, this is a process you need to do for each platform connected. 
   C. Click 'Post Now' to post it right away or 'Schedule' and select a specific date and time for the post to go out.
   
   
   
   
   
4. We also have a Print Flyer template you can always use!
   A. Click on Download Flyer to download the template.
   B. You can also send it to your email or any email address you need to send it to. 
   
   

Refer Broker 

1. Go to the Refer Broker section if you want to refer a broker or office to Listings-to-Leads
2. Please fill out the requested information so we can contact the broker or office!
3. Click on the Refer button to send the information. 
   
   

Commissions

1. You'll be able to go to the commissions for a breakdown and details of the commissions generated with the link.
2. You can find detailed information such as the amount paid, the office, and the commission status, which can vary from paid, confirmed, pending, or rejected.
