- You can cancel your Listings-to-Leads account at any stage of your billing period.
- This is a self-cancellation process that the account owner needs to do.
- Just to remind you, the account will be canceled immediately if you are under the free trial.
To cancel, follow the steps below:
- You can cancel by going to "Profile".
- Click on “Billing”.
- Make sure the “Update Billing” section is selected.
- There is a "Cancel Account" button in the right corner.
- You will be presented with a few options; you need to select one (or multiple)
- Then click on 'Cancel My Account'.

To cancel the account, you need to check the four checkboxes indicating that all marketing tools will be discontinued, affiliate payments will end, no refunds will be given, and the most current pricing will be applied if the account is reactivated.

Click on the'Delete my Account'.
IMPORTANT: After you cancel, Listings-to-Leads will let you know that the account has been successfully canceled. If you followed the steps above and are still waiting to receive an email confirmation, please let our support team know; they will gladly help.
