Click the 'Profile' icon (left down) ➤ Click the 'CRM' tab across the top ➤ WiseAgent
Put Your WiseAgent username into the Form Field and click 'Save' to have your leads generated from Listings-to-Leads export automatically to WiseAgent!
Follow Up Plans & User Defined Tags for Listings
1. Go to Listings.
2. Click 'Edit' for the listing.
4. Enter tags/categories in the Tags form field.
NOTE: Source will always be L2L
- Agents are able to easily search their database and filter based on the tags (categories).
Each contact in the database can only have one Source (which will be L2L) but can be in unlimited categories (tags). - The agent can also choose to have Wise Agent automatically add leads from a certain source into different categories (tags) regardless if they come over with any or not.
- As the new leads come into Wise Agent they are sorted by Source on the lead management system.
Matching Leads to Follow Up Plans in Wise Agent
The easiest way for Realtors to automatically direct different leads into different automated marketing programs (follow up plans) is by 'Source (CRM Routing)'.
Agents can choose whatever they want for 'Source (CRM Routing) above.
In the screenshot above you may choose to make the 'Source (CRM Routing)' 'Granite Bay L2L'. Any leads that come over with 'Source (CRM Routing)' 'Granite Bay L2L' can be set to launch follow-up plans created specifically for "Granite Bay L2L" leads automatically.
