In most CRMs in order to connect your leads to a follow-up plan or campaign you are going to need to set a "Source".
Important: Please note that the Source needs to be set in your CRM first, you can check with your CRM about how to set up the source on their end.
Once you have the source set you need to match it with your L2L source, please follow the steps below to add the source in L2L.
Source for Buyers (Listings)
Click on “Listings” on the left navbar. Select the listing that will be used to follow up with leads and click on the pencil to edit it.
Under the Edit tab, click the “Source (CRM Routing)” field and Enter the same source you created in your CRM (i.e. “L2L-Buyers”) and click Save
Note: "Follow this home" are the leads received in the follow this home pop up. "When do you plan to buy" is for leads that clicked contact on the left side of the SPW.
When the listing status changes to any of the following statuses’, the lead capture changes from buyer-focused to seller-focused. So you should change the follow-up plan in your CRM as appropriate.
- In Contract
- Under Contract
- Under Deposit
- Active Contingent
- Pending
- Just Sold
Source for Sellers (Landing Pages)
Click on “Landing Pages” on the navigation bar. Select the landing page that will be used to follow up with leads and click on the pencil to edit it.
Click on “Advanced Options”
In the Preferences options, add the information in the "CRM Follow Up Plan" field, Enter the same source you created in your CRM (i.e. “L2L-Sellers”) and click Save
Source for PDF Guides
Go to your PDF Guides and select the CRM Lead Source option.
Enter the CRM Lead Source in the box, and click save.
