You can now sync your incoming leads from Listings-To-Leads directly into GoHighLevel (GHL) with our new integration!

We offer two easy options to connect your accounts, so GoHighLevel automatically receives your leads without relying on third-party tools.  You can connect directly by signing in to your GoHighLevel account within Listings To Leads, or by manually linking them.

Log-In Set Up.

1. Click Profile on the bottom-left sidebar menu of your Listings-to-Leads account. 
2. Select the CRM / Integration tab from the top navigation bar.
3. Scroll through the list of available integrations and click GoHighLevel.
4. Click the blue Connect to GoHighLevel button.
   
   
    

5. In the pop-up menu, choose your desired GoHighLevel sub-account to authorize and finalize the connection.
   
   
    

6. Once you complete the connection, you will be redirected to your Listings-to-Leads account.
   
   

Manual Set Up. 

Please make sure you have your Listings-to-Leads account open in a separate tab!

1. Navigate to Settings on the left menu bar of your GoHighLevel account.
   
   
    

2. Scroll down the left sidebar menu and select Private Integrations.

3. On the main screen, click the blue Create new integration button.
   
   
    

4. Click inside the scopes dropdown field. Here, you need to select the required permissions listed below. You can copy and paste them if needed:
   View Contacts - contacts.readonly
   Edit Contacts - contacts.write
   View Tags - locations/tags.readonly
   Edit Tags - locations/tags.write
   View Custom Fields - locations/customFields.readonly
   Edit Custom Fields - locations/customFields.write
   View Locations - locations.readonly
   Edit Custom Fields - locations/customFields.write
   
   
    

5. Review your selected scopes to ensure all necessary API permissions are added. Click the blue Create button in the bottom right corner to finalize the integration.
   
   
    

6. Once created, click on the Copy option.
   
   
    

   Once you have copied the Key, make sure to paste it in Listings-to-Leads. To do so, follow the steps below:

7. Open up Listings-to-Leads in a new tab and go to the Profile section.
8. Select CRM/Integration. 
9. Click on GoHighLevel
10. Paste the Private Key in the Private Key section.
    
    
    NOTE: Do not save it just yet; we need to paste the location ID. Make sure you do not close this tab. 
     
11.  Back in your GoHighLevel account, you can copy the location from your Settings under General Information. 
    
    
    
     
12. After copying your Location ID, switch back to your Listings To Leads tab and paste it into the Location ID field (located directly above the Private Key section).
13. Click Save.
