The interests section allows you to refine your target audience for your Facebook Ads, they are optional but you can always add default interests for both your Buyers and Sellers Ads.
For Buyers Ads:
We automatically target people most likely to buy via the following interests that are preselected: Real Estate, Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com, Mortgage loans.
However, you can always add more interests by following the steps below:
- Ads
- Settings
- Go to 'Interests', you can add the interests you need in the Buyer Ads section
- Click Save
For Seller Ads:
We do not have any interests preselected since we would recommend you to rather use a costume audience If you already have one. To know how to create a custom audience within L2L please click HERE.
However, you can always add more interests by following the steps below:
- Ads
- Settings
- Go to 'Interests', you can add the interests you need in the Seller Ads section
- Click Save
