To create a recruiting Ad you need to follow the steps below:
- Go to Recruiting
- Select the 'Settings' option of your Recruiting tab.
- Ads
- Click on 'Request New Location'

Enter the location in the 'Location' box, and make sure to select it from the dropdown

Once the location is selected click on 'Request Location'
To create the ad please follow the steps below:
- Go to 'Recruiting'
- Click on the 'Create Ad' green box, next to the section you want to create the ad for

Mark your marketing objective

Click on 'Create Ad'

The 'Location' will be filled automatically with the location you requested

You can change the budget or schedule if you want to

Once you are done click on 'Publish'
