How to Auto Add Leads to BoldTrail Follow Up Plans and Listing Alerts

You can turn our tags into hashtags in BoldTrail to automatically assign follow-up campaigns or listing alerts to leads.

First, you need to create the follow-up campaigns or listing alerts and set Hashtags to trigger them. You can learn how to do that below:

Once you have set everything in BoldTrail, you’ll need to go to your Listings To Leads account and add the same tag (without the # symbol) in the Tags field of your Listings, Landing Pages, or PDF Guides as follows:

Listings:

Edit Listing > Listing Information > Tags

Landing Pages:

Edit Landing Page > Preferences > You can add any Tags under the Tag section. 

PDF Guides:

Click the PDF Guide you prefer > Edit Title & Tags > Tags
