In this tutorial, you will learn how to add an FSBO Landing Page.

To add this Landing Page, please follow the steps below:
- Go to Landing Pages
- Click on 'Create Landing Page'
- In type, select 'FSBO' Landing Page, add a landing page name and a note
- Once you fill in all the information, click on 'Create Landing Page'
General
- Location: the name you give to the Landing Page, keep in mind it populates in your URL
- Headline: allows you to change the first line on the Landing Page.
- Sub-headline: this allows you to change the text under the first line of the Landing Page.
- Tools Image: changes the image located on the left side of your landing page
- Note: This private note helps you identify the landing page, which is only visible to you.
- Background Image: changes the background of the landing page, you can upload one of your own or you can use one stock image from your library.
- Shadow Image.
- Social Media Share Image: Change the preview picture of the Landing Page to show up whenever you share it on social media.
- Save: the save button will save all the changes you make to the landing page
- View the Landing Page or copy the Lading Page URL.
Lead Form
You can modify the information required for the lead, keep in mind you have two steps for the Landing Page the lead needs to fill out.
Step 1
- Make sure you are in the Step 1 option. This is the text that comes up on the first page of your FSBO Landing Page.
- Title: Modify the title to fit what you are asking the lead for.
- Description: modifies the text under the title so it fits the information you are requesting
- Tools: all the tools you want to highlight are included in the market listing section or that you can offer to the owner.
- Button: changes the wording in the submission button.

Save: this will allow you to save the changes you have made to the form.
Step 2
- Select Step 2 for the form displayed on the second page.
- Title: you can modify the title to fit what you are asking the lead.
- Description: located under the title of your form.

Form Fields: allows you to hide, require, or make optional the fields you need the lead to fill out, such as:
Name
Address: where the lead can enter their property address
Email: requires the lead's email
Phone: allows the lead to provide a phone number. - Button: changes the wording in the submission button of the contact information section.
- Save any changes or View the Landing Page.
Autoresponder
This is an automatic email that can be enabled or disabled. If you enable it, it will be sent to the email address the lead provides in the form.
- Click the 'Enable' or 'Disable' buttons to turn ON or OFF the Autoresponder.
- You can add an email to BCC the autoresponders.
- Add a subject line that fits your autoresponder's content.
- Change or add 'Content' to your Autoresponder, this is the body of the email.
- Attach any of our reports or a custom report if needed.
- Use dynamic tags in the body of your email.
- Send yourself a test email.
- Click the green 'Save' button! to save any changes.
Domains
You can change the prefix from the Vanity URL, forward a different domain to the landing page, or use the custom domain if you have one in your Listings-to-Leads account.
- You can click on the eye icon to View the Landing Page.
- You can copy the link
- You can click on the pencil to edit the URL
- You can shorten the URL to turn it into a bitly link.
- If you are forwarding a domain, please check the 'Use domain forwarding'.
- If you already have a custom domain, click 'Use a primary domain for this...' so you can select the domain you want to use
You can also select one of the subdomains you want for your Landing Page and select one of our subdomains. - Click 'Save' to save the changes.
Pixel, Tracking & Chat Code
Add your Facebook and Google pixels here to the landing page. You can also add chat code from programs like Drift, Zopim, and others.
- Just click on the 'Add New HTLM Widget/Code' option.
Preferences
You can just modify specific preferences for the landing page; please take a look below for more information.
- Tags are used to search for and keep track of contact types, interests, and more. Certain CRMS allow you to assign tags to specific campaigns.
- CRM Lead Source lets you send the leads to specific campaigns.
- Use the Canadian Version.
Show Social Media Icons: this will let people share the landing page on various social media websites.
Use the open format for phone numbers. This allows for any phone format, and it is most useful if used outside of the United States.
Redirect after form completion: Check the box and then enter the FULL URL of the website to which you want to redirect leads once they fill out the information.
