- When a new lead is added to the system with a phone number, the AI system triggers a follow-up sequence based on the settings chosen during activation. The sequence will include a series of questions to qualify the lead, provide information about listings, and schedule a call or viewing.
- Please keep in mind that conversations with the leads do not start from your phone number. The AI uses an already-established phone.
- Every Lead that has interacted with the AI will have a bubble icon next to it. You can access the conversation by clicking on it.
- Leads will be selected as qualified or unqualified leads. This will all depend on how they interact via Text Messages with the AI.
- When a Lead is qualified you will receive an email confirmation like the one below.
AI Texts Follow-Ups will allow you to have a more efficient way to reach out to any potential clients. Also, it will use tailored follow-ups that adapt to your target's needs which can lead you to better engagement and conversion rates.
Important: AI Text Follow-Ups: this feature is triggered only by leads from Listings and the Free Home Value and Property Valuation PLUS landing pages.
