In the Leads tab, you can find all the Leads in your Listings-To-Leads account.
Below you have a breakdown of the details you will find in your Leads tab:
- Name: as provided in the form they filled out, this can vary if it's a TEXT/IVR Lead.
- E-mail: displays the lead's email
- Address: will display the lead's address.
- Phone: shows the phone number, when provided, by the lead.
- Type: the type of lead, buyer or seller. Depending on the tool, the lead clicked on
- Status: You can modify the status of the lead.
- Added via: the tool the lead comes from, whether it's a Landing Page, Facebook Ads, Single Property Website, etc.
- Updated: the date the lead was added or modified.
- View icon: allows you to view the details of the lead.
- Trash Icon: you can use it to delete a lead from your account. This is permanent.
Search and Filters
- You can use Zip Codes, Names, Phone or Type of Lead in the search
- Search for leads in specific time frames.
- You can use more filters if you are trying to find a specific lead.
- Now you can customize the Leads tab and the information in your Leads table. The options check marked will show in the table.
Lead Legend and Export
- If you click on Lead Legend, you will be able to access all the abbreviations for the leads and their full names.
- If you click on Export, you will be able to export your leads you can:
Export all leads in your Leads tab.
Use the filter to search for specific leads and just import the results.
Selected allows you to only import selected leads.
