Each of your PDF Guides contains Autoresponders with default information about the guide the lead will receive.
If you are trying to change ALL autoresponders click here.
If you are trying to change a specific Autoresponder then follow the steps below:
- Go to PDF Guides.
- Select the Edit option or Pencil icon on the top right corner of your PDF Guide.
- Go to Autoresponder.
- Turn the Autoresponder email ON or OFF with this button.
- In 'Subject line' you will have the subject of the email the lead will receive. Keep in mind the tag {report_name} will automatically populate de name of the report. Our recommendation is to keep the tag in the subject.
- You can be BCC'd in the autoresponders, just include your email in this section.
- The content of the email can always be modified, however, we would always recommend you keep the supported tags such as {Report Name}, {Resport Link}, etc.
- Save any changes you need for the Autoresponder.
- Send yourself a test email to see how it will look.
- If you have made any changes you can always click on 'Restore Default' to restore to the original text of the autoresponder.
