PDF Guides - Lead Form

Each of your Guides has a Landing Page with a Lead form. To modify the lead form, please check the steps below. 

1. Go to PDF Guides. 
2. Click on Edit or the pencil icon for the guide. 
3. Select lead form. 
4. You can modify the Headline on the Landing Page.
5. You can change the description that shows up on the Landing Page. 
6. Please turn on the Facebook registration option to enable leads to sign up with their Facebook information. 
7. You can modify the order of the form fields to turn ON/OFF any form field you need. 
8. Save any changes or restore to default settings.
