Articles can be a great way to engage with your followers. In the articles you add to the system, we will add a header that allows the lead to provide their contact information.
How to add an 'Article' to your Topics
- You can go to your Social Content tab.
- Select your topic by clicking on the name.
- Click on Create Social Post.
- Please turn on the 'This is an article post' option.
- Lead Gen Header: you can choose the header you want the article to have; we have three different headers.
- Source URL: paste the article's URL and click the Fetch button. Remember that we can only fetch the information when the website allows us. If the article enables us to fetch the information, you don't need to fill out the Post Text, headline, or description unless you want to make any changes.
- Header URL: here, you need to enter keywords that will create the new URL for the article
- Post Text: you need to write the text you want the post to have, a brief
- Headline: this text appears above the image or video; it needs to be brief to grab the lead's attention.
- Description: It should summarize the article you are posting; keep it short.
- Change the Image if needed.
- Once the post is ready, you can:
Publish: This will only add the post to the topic; once you have selected it, it will be added to your calendar.
Save Draft: This allows you to save the post's draft, but it won't publish it.
Close: will not save the post created
