You can now create a custom social post directly by going to your Social Content tab
- Go to Social and click on the 'Create Social Post' option
- In the 'Post Text' section, you need to write the text you want the post to have.
- The Post Title is populated in the post, so keep it simple
- In the media section, you can add the video or image you want to use.
- Ensure that you select either an existing topic or create a new one for the post to be added to.
- Once you create the post, you have different options to select:
- Publish: will publish the post in your topic, and if the topic is selected, it will be scheduled automatically by the system to your calendar.
- Post Now: sends the post immediately; this can take up to 20 minutes or more to appear in the connected accounts.
- Schedule: If you want more control, you can select a specific date and time for the post to be posted
- Save Draft: This allows you to save the draft of the post, but it won't publish it.
- Close: will not save the post created
