Add listings Manual

Easily add listings manually by following the simple process as seen in the video below or scroll down to find the written steps. 

To add Listings manually:

1. Click the 'Listings' tab
2. Click the green 'Add Listing' button
3. Select 'Manual'
   
   

If you need to add your listings manually, this should take about 1-2 minutes. You will add the listing details (select status, address, bed/bath count, etc) on page 1, then follow the wizard through to completion.

  🏡 Coming Soon
  🏡 Just Listed
  🏡 Open House
  🏡 Active
  🏡 Pending, In Contract, Under Contract, Under Deposit & Active Contingent
  🏡 Just Sold (as Listing Agent)
  🏡 Just Sold (as selling agent)
  🏡 FSBO
  🏡 Non-MLS Listing (a pocket listing)
  🏡 Draft (NEW)

🎯 'Add Listing' Walk Through

I. Listing Information

1. Use the 'Status' drop-down to select the appropriate status. 
2. For status 'Coming Soon' enter the date the listing will be put into the MLS. This will activate the Countdown Clock on the lead forms, counting down to the date entered.
3. If it is NOT your listing, check 'I'm a showing marketing agent'.

👁‍🗨 Note: To generate tools for commercial listings make sure to add the word "Commercial" in Property Type.

All other items should be self-explanatory, but click 'Support' in your account with questions on anything as needed.

II. Photos & Video

1. Add your professional photos, photos can be rearranged by clicking on and dragging them to the correct order, rotated, titles and subtitles added, and more!
2. Or click the 'Video & 3D Tour' tab and add your property video or 3D Tour as directed. Feel free to send your property video or 3D Tour embed code to support to do this for you if needed.
3. Once you add the photos you can click on the 'Save & Add Lead Links' option, If you want to 'Skip' this step click on 'Skip'.
   
   

III. Lead Links

1. Select or add the links you want to be associated with this listing.
2. You can Add a new link if needed, save the lead links as they are or skip this step. 
   
   Links can be to appropriate landing pages in your Listings-to-Leads account or your website IDX!

   PRO TIP: If the listing is in Granite Bay, then 'Lead Links' relating to Granite Bay will help generate more leads! NOTE how all the 'Lead Links' in the example above are related to Granite Bay homes for sale, home values, etc.

IV. Seller Referral Leads

If you checked 'I'm a marketing/showing agent' then this section will not appear as the seller is not your client.

1. Check the checkboxes as appropriate: Be sure to check for 'Send Referral and Lead Generation eFlyers and Facebook Campaigns to seller' as this generates a LOT of great FREE referral leads from the seller's SOI on Facebook and Email.
2. Add the seller's email address. You can add more than one email using a comma to separate the emails.
3. Add the seller's salutation and 'Save'!
