Grab Listing

To grab a listing, you need to be sure that the listing's status is "Active". If the listing is active, please follow the steps below.

1. Click the Listings tab located on the left side.
2. Then select 'Add Listing'
3. You will get a dropdown menu, make sure to click on Grab Listing. 
   
   
   
   
4.  Add the listing's Zip code and MLS ID, you need to ensure the information is correct. 
5. Check 'This is my listing' if this is your listing, if this is not your listing please uncheck the option. 
6. Click on Grab. 
   
   
   NOTE: we grab the listings from our listing provider Listhub.
   
   Wait until the listing is added and then refresh the page. If the listing is not active or it can't be found, please keep on reading the steps below: 
   
   A. If this is your listing, please check if your MLS uses ListHub. If they do, please check step B. 
   B. Make sure to follow the steps in our Connect My MLS tutorial for us to get the listings from ListHub. This is an easy process that needs to be set up for you. 
   C. If your MLS is not supported by ListHub, you can manually upload the listing by clicking on this option. 
   D. If you have never uploaded a listing manually, then check our tutorial on step D. 
   E. You can submit your listing by clicking on 'Add My Listing' and we can gladly add the listing for you. If you select this option, please keep on reading. 
   
   
   
   

Please make sure to follow the steps below to send your listing to our support team:

1. Add the full Property Address for the listing. 
2. Add the MLS listing ID. 
3. Select the status of the listing. Your options are Coming Soon, Just Listed, or For Sale. 
4. Make sure to check if this is your listing or if it's a borrowed listing. 
5. If you have your Facebook Ad account connected, you will see the option to request for a Facebook ad to be made for the Listing. If you do not want us to make the ad for you, please make sure to click No. 
6. Make sure the budget you add is the right budget 
7. If you need to send the eFlyer automatically to your seller, click on yes. If you click on no, please submit your request. 
8. If you selected yes, add the Seller's information. 
9. Submit the request and our support team will add the listing for you.
