All Listings Email

The All Listings Email is an email designed to include all of the listings in your account. You can send this out to your Listings to Leads database or an external database. 

To learn more about this tool, please check the information below. 

1. Go to the Listings tab.
2. Select More Tools.
3. And make sure to go to the 'All Open Houses' option.
   
   
   
   
4. You can choose the listings by status, or you can choose the listings one by one. 
5. If you click on the 'Send Email', you will send this email to the contact lists in your account. 
6. Edit the email if you want to make any changes to the preview email.
7. Change the template and choose the one that fits your needs.
8. If you want to see how the email looks, you can send yourself a test email before sending it out. 
9. If you have a database in your CRM, you can copy the Code and paste it on your CRM in order to send a massive email. Just make sure your CRM supports the HTML Code.
