The Nearby Homeowners letter is a proven template in your Listings to Leads account that allows you to generate leads. You can mail it, door knock, or deliver it. Feel free to use this tool the way it suits you.

2. Share on Seller's Social Media
This is a great email that can be sent to your seller, it includes a template they can share on their Facebook. All they need to do is copy and paste, this email template to their profiles. The wording in the post has your information, and it can help you to get more exposure with their family and friends.
