Follow the steps below to learn how to create your first Facebook Ad:
- Click the Ads option on the left side
- Select the green Create Facebook Ad button and select 'Listing Ad’ button
- Select the listing you want to advertise from the dropdown menu
- Click Create Ad
- You don't have to enter the City in Location, the city will be filled out automatically for you. Please note the city will be filled out automatically if it's available on Facebook.
- Click Create Ad, Facebook will proceed to review and approve your ad, and your ad will appear in the Ads tab.

Note: You can also change the Social Media Share Image of the ad with a video. To know how to do this, please click HERE.
👀 Important: To customize your Ad Settings, scroll down and turn on 'Advanced Options'. This will also let you choose the tool you prefer (Single Property Website or Listing Landing Page).
