TIPS:
- You can select a Lifetime or Daily budget and enter your desired amount in the Budget section.
- You can enter the dates you want in the Schedule section.
Lead Ads:
- To get the Advanced Options, click the OFF switch.
- You don’t need to create an Instant Form since this will be created automatically for you, but if you want to modify the form, you can always click on the ‘Create Form’ button and make any changes.
- You can add more questions to your form, so click HERE.
- Feel free to enter Real estate-like interests in the Interests section. These can help you narrow down the options for your target audience. Remember that not all interests can be used in the housing category.
Some of the interests that are supported are for sale by owner (real estate), Home (home & garden), House (real estate), Property finder (real estate), Home equity (credit & lending), Real estate investment trust (investing), Renting (real estate), and Interior design (design). - If you have more than one Facebook page, you can change it in the Pages panel:
- You can choose where you want your ads to appear in the Placements section. To know about placements click HERE
- You can also add a different Country if you are trying to advertise the ad outside of your default country.
- The ad description is auto-generated, but you can edit it if needed by changing the Primary Text or clicking on Edit Post.
- Feel free to select the Call to action you prefer
- You can give a different name to the campaign if needed
- Once you have done the changes click on 'Publish'
Traffic Ads
The Advanced Options for Traffic Ads are similar to the ones in your Lead Ads. The main difference is that for Listings you can select the link you want to direct the lead to.
It can be the Listing Landing Page, Lead Gen Single Property Website and, if available, it can be the Luxury SPW.
