🎯 To add this Landing Page please follow the steps below:
- Go to Landing Pages
- Click on 'Create Landing Page'
- In type select 'Avoid Foreclosures' Landing Page, add a landing page name and a note
- Once you fill in all the information, click on 'Create Landing Page'
General
- Go to Landing Pages.
- Click on the Edit option for the Landing Page.
- Select General.
- Location is the name of the Landing Page.
- Headline: allows you to change the first line you have on the Landing Page,
- Subheadline: allows you to change the second line on the Landing Page

Items: Allows you to add or remove items from the list located on the Landing Page's left side.
- Description: Change the text under the items section.
- Note: will add a personal note to the landing page, this is only visible to you.
- Background Image: you are able to change the background of the landing page, you can upload one of your own or you can use one stock image from your library.
- Social Media Share Image: you can change the preview picture of the Landing Page showing up whenever you share it on social media.

Save or View: the save button will save all the changes you make to the landing page, and the view button will allow you to view the landing page as a lead.
Lead Form
You are able to modify the information required for the lead, keep in mind there are two sections or steps for the Landing Page the lead needs to fill out.
Step 1
- Title: modifies the title so it fits what you are asking the lead.

Questions modify the predetermined questions in this section,
A. you can even add your own questions with the Add button
B. To remove one of the default questions click on the switch next to it.
C. Edit the default questions on the Landing Page. -
Save: this will allow you to save the changes you have made to the form.
Step 2
- Form Fields: Here are the contact information fields that the lead needs to fill out. They can be marked as Option or Required. You can remove a field by clicking on the 'Hide' option.
- Button: you can change the wording of the 'Submit' button
- You can also turn ON or OFF the Facebook Registration button.
Autoresponder
It is an automatic email that can be enabled or disabled. If you enable it, it will be sent to the email address the lead provides in the form.
- Click on the 'Enable' or 'Disable' buttons to turn ON or OFF the Autoresponder.
- Send yourself a test email to look at the email before it is sent out.
- If you want to be BCC'd in all emails, add your email to this section.
- Add a subject line that fits your autoresponder's content.
- Change or add 'Content' to your Autoresponder, this is the body of the email.
- You can add your report or select one from the ones we offer in your account.
- Use dynamic tags to auto-populate any information.
- Click the green 'Save' button!
Domains
- Under the Landing Page URL, you will have the options to:
A - View the URL, Copy the URL, and even Edit the URL's prefix.
B- If you shorten the URL, you will get a Bitly link you can view, copy, or regenerate.
C- Check this option if you are forwarding a domain to the Landing Page. Please ensure you have a domain with no content you can use. Contact your domain host to know how to forward a domain to their platform. Once you have done the process with your domain host, please enter the domain name in the correct format. - In the default domain, you will see the primary domain that the Landing Page is under.
D. If you have a custom domain, select to use a primary domain, and from the drop-down, you should be able to select the Custom Domain you added under your profile. - Click Save .
Pixel, Tracking & Chat Code
Add your Facebook and Google pixels here to the landing page. You can also add chat code here from programs like Drift, Zopim, and others.
- Just click on the 'Add New HTLM Widget/Code' option.
- In the "Title" field, enter a short label that describes the code you are adding. For example, you might use "Facebook Pixel" or "Chat Widget" depending on the purpose of the code.
- In the "Conversion Code" field, paste the HTML, CSS, or JavaScript code provided by your third-party service. This code will be embedded into your landing page.
- Under the "Add to" section, select where you want the code to be placed on your landing page. Options typically include Page One, Page Two, or Page Three. Select the appropriate page based on where the code needs to function.
- Once everything is filled out, click the "Add Code" button. This will save and apply the conversion code to your landing page.
Preferences
You can modify certain preferences for the landing page, please check below for more information
- User-defined Tags: tags are used for you to search and keep track of contact types, interests, and more. They can also be sent to your CRM so the leads can be added to a specific campaign or follow-up you have set up.

Use Canadian Version: allows you to change to the Canadian Version of the landing page
Show Social Media Icon: this lets people share the landing page on various social media platforms.
Use the open format for phone numbers: allows for any phone format, most useful if used outside of the United States.
Redirect after form completion: check the box and then enter the FULL URL to the website you want to redirect leads to once they fill out their information.
