To add this Landing Page please follow the steps below:
- Go to Landing Pages
- Click on 'Create Landing Page'
- In type select 'Short Sale Homes for Sale', add a landing page name and a note
- Once you fill in all the information click on 'Create Landing Page'
General
- Go to the Edit option of the Landing Page.
- Select General.
- Location: This will be the name you give to the landing page. Keep in mind that it populates your URL.
- Headline: This allows you to change the first line on the landing page, which is located on the left side.
- Subheadline: this is the text located under the headline, you can modify its current verbiage.

Items: This option allows you to add or remove items from the list located on the landing page's left side.
A. You can add new items.
B. Turn ON or OFF to remove an item from the list.
C. Edit or Delete the item if needed. - Background Image: changes the image used as the background of the page.

Note: this is a private note that helps you identify the landing page, which is only visible to you.
- Social Media Share Image: this is the image you get as a preview for posts whenever you copy the link for the landing page.
- Save: save the changes you make to the landing page in this section.
- Copy the link to the Landing Page or View the Landing Page.
QR & Embed
In this section, you will find the different formats for the QR Code and also the HTML code that allows you to embed the landing page on a different website or blog.
- Under the embed code, you have the option to change the width and height, you can also:
Hide Background Image: hides the background image you have for the landing page.
Hide Legal Info: hides the legal information located at the bottom of the landing page. - Copy: once you do the changes you will be able to copy the HTML code to embed the landing page.

QR Code: you can download the format of the QR Code that suits your needs. This QR Code once scanned will take people to this landing page.
Lead Form
You can modify the information required for the lead. Keep in mind that the landing page has two sections or steps that the lead needs to fill out.
Step 1
- Go to Lead Form.
- Make sure Step 1 is selected.
- Title: Modifies the title so it fits what you are asking the lead for.

Questions modify the predetermined questions in this section,
A. you can add your questions with the Add button
B. To remove one of the default questions, click on the switch next to it.
C. Edit the default questions on the landing page. - Button: you can change the wording of the 'Submit' button

Save: this will allow you to save the changes you have made to the form.
Step 2 -
Title: this is similar to the one on step 1, it should be short and related to the information you are offering

Form Fields: you will find the contact information fields that the lead needs to fill out, they can be marked as Option, or Required, you can remove a field by clicking on the 'Hide' option.

Button: you can change the wording of the button used to send the information.

You can also turn ON or OFF the Facebook Registration button.

Save.
Autoresponder
Is an automatic email that can be enabled or disabled. If you enable it, this email will be sent to the email address the lead provides in the lead form.
- Click on the 'Enable' or 'Disable' buttons, to turn ON or OFF the Autoresponder.
- You can add an email to BCC the autoresponders.
- Add a subject line that fits the content of your Autoresponder.
- Change or add 'Content' to your Autoresponder, this is the body of the email. There are some tags you can use for the body of the email located on the right side.
- Click the green 'Save' button!
Domains
- In the Landing Page URL you can click on the view icon to check the landing page or on copy to copy the URL.
- You can shorten the URL to a bitly link. If you have a domain you want to forward the Landing Page to make sure to add it in this section, keep in mind you need to make the forwarding directly in your domain host.
- You can use the global settings for your Domains
Pixel, Tracking & Chat Code
Add your Facebook and Google pixels here to the landing page. You can also add chat code here from programs like Drift, Zopim, and others.
- Just click on the 'Add New HTLM Widget/Code' option.
Preferences
You can modify certain preferences for the landing page, please check below for more information
- Use Canadian Version: allows you to change to the Canadian Version of the landing page
- Show Social Media Icon: this lets people share the landing page on various social media platforms.
- Redirect after form completion: check the box and then enter the FULL URL to the website you want to redirect leads to once they fill out their information.
- Use the open format for phone numbers: allows for any phone format, most useful if used outside of the United States.

User-defined Tags: tags are used for you to search and keep track of contact types, interests, and more. They can also be sent to your CRM so the leads can be added to a specific campaign or follow-up you have set up.
