Profile Information
Keep in mind this is the information that will be used for the marketing tools.
A. Upload your profile image. This will be populated in all of your tools. The suggested proportions are 200 x 200 pixels.
B. Add your first name and last name.
C. Add your main email.
D. Your phone number should be one where people can reach you.
E. Add your license number. To add multiple numbers, separate them with a comma.
F. Add the state(s) where you are licensed.

Company Information
A. Upload your company logo.
B. Enter your company's name.
C. You can select your company colors from the Appearance section or use custom colors.
D. Add your Job Title.
E. Add your Office Phone.
F. This is the street address of your office.
G. Add the city.
H. Add the state.
I. Add your website.

Connect Social Media
You can connect your social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Google, my Bušiness, and YouTube. We can connect to Business Pages for both Instagram and Facebook, please know we do not connect to personal profiles.

Connect Facebook Ad Account
You can connect to your Active Facebook Ad account to start creating ads. Your Facebook Ad account needs to be an active account in order for you to use it with L2L.

Add Listings
We have different ways to add listings to the account. To pull them automatically, we need your MLS Email.
Keep in mind we do not get the Listings from the MLS directly. We get them from ListHub. If your MLS is supported, and we are selected as publishers, we should be able to get the listings for you!
If ListHub does not support your MLS you can always grab the Active Listing or add it manually later on in your account.

Set Up Social Content
We can always post real estate-related and non-real estate-related content to your Social Media Accounts.
To set this up, please make sure to:
A. Connect your Social Media Accounts
B. Select the topics you want to post to your accounts
C. Choose the posting schedule and add any additional hashtags for the posts.
- Connect your CRM
Make sure we are sending your leads to the CRM of your choice. You have a selection from the CRMs we have an integration with. If you don't see your CRM there, please know you can always add a LeaD Forwarding email, to know more click here.

Add your reviews
We can connect automatically to three different sources to add the reviews to your account. If you want to add reviews from different sources, you can always add them manually to the account later on. To learn more about the client review website, click here.
