Facebook Ads for Listings

To create Facebook Ads you can follow the steps below:

Go to your Facebook Ads Manager by clicking 'Ads Manager' on the left-hand menu or click HERE.
Click 'Create'.
Select 'Traffic' and click Continue.
Then, select the ‘Housing’ category from the dropdown menu and click Next.
On the next page, scroll down and enter your Daily Budget (We recommend using a $5 daily budget for buyer ads and a $10 daily budget for seller ads.)
Adjust the Dates in the Schedule section (We recommend running ads for a week).
Scroll more and enter the city/area you want to target in the Locations section.
Add real estate interest (Optional) in the Detail Targeting options and click Next.
On this page, you will be able to create the ad. Make sure to select the correct Facebook page.
Now go to your Listings-to-Leads account, select the listing you want to promote by clicking the Market Listing button, and go to the 'Social Media Post' tab.
Click the 'Brush' icon, download the Facebook version of the Social Share Image, and close the popup.
Scroll down and click Edit Post.
Select all the text and copy it.
Go back to Facebook Ads Manager. In the Ad Creative section, click Add Media. Select Add Image from the dropdown and upload the image you downloaded in step 11. Click Next and finish the wizard.
Go to the Primary Text section and add the text you copied in Step 13
Go to your Listings-to-Leads account one more time, and copy the link of the Listing Landing page or Single Property Website of the listing you want to promote.

You can copy the Single Property Website link by following the steps below:
Return to the Facebook Ads Manager and Paste the URL of the Listing Landing Page or Single Property Website in the Destination > Website section.
Select your Pixel (Optional)
Click ‘Publish’. Facebook will proceed to review and approve your ad.
