You can easily add Listings for your Agents.
To add a listing for one of your agents you will need to go to the 'Listings' tab and click on the green 'Add Listing' button, there you will see the options to:
If you add a listing manually, you will be presented with options to:
Select Agent
A. Please choose the Agent account that you would like to add the listing to.
B. Click on Next.
Add the Listing information, Photos & Videos, Lead Links, and Seller Referral Leads accordingly. To know how to do that click here.
If you grab a listing, you will be presented with options to:
A. Select the Agent you want to add the listing to.
B. Enter the Zip Code.
C. Add the MLS Listings ID.
D. Checkmark this option if the listing you are adding belongs to the agent.
E. Click Grab.
Wait until the listing is added and then refresh the page. If the listing is not active or it can't be found, please keep on reading the steps below:
A. If this is the agent's listing please check if their MLS uses ListHub. If they do, please check step B.
B. Make sure to follow the steps in our Connect My MLS tutorial for us to get the listings from ListHub. This is an easy process that needs to be set up for you.
C. If your MLS is not supported by ListHub, you can manually upload the listing by clicking on this option.
D. If you have never uploaded a listing manually, then check our tutorial on step D.
E. You can submit the listing by clicking on 'Add My Listing' and we can gladly add the listing for you. If you select this option, please keep on reading.
