Autoresponders

👀 We have new autoresponders for your Listings

This section controls the autoresponders for all the listings. 

Each default autoresponder is linked to their respective lead form button located on the Single Property Website of the Listing or to the Listing Landing Page. 

The Listing Lead Ads autoresponder is linked to the lead ad you create for the listing. 

🎯 To find them go to 'Listings' ➤ 'Settings' ➤ 'Autoresponders', here you will find the default Autoresponders

How to use the AutoResponders: 

1. To turn OFF an Autoresponder just click on the ‘ON’ switch next to it.
2. To edit the information sent out with the Autoresponder click on the ‘Edit’ button or pencil icon.
   
   
   

NOTE: If you turn ON or OFF an autoresponder within the settings section it will affect all the autoResponders for all of your Listings.

What can you Edit in your Autoresponders? 

1. Subject Line: The Subject Line of the Autoresponder.
2. BCC To: add an email to be BCC'd every time an autoresponder is sent out.
3. Content: you can change or add some words in this section of the email, please keep in mind the supported tags will be filled automatically with the information from the listing or the lead. 
4. PDF Attachment: upload a PDF of your own or from the Library in Listings to Leads.
5. Send Test Email: send a ‘Test Email’ to a specific email address. 
6. Restore Default: restore the autoresponder to its default settings.
7. Save Changes: save the modifications you have made to the autoresponder. 
   
   

NOTE: If you do any changes to the subject, content, attachments, etc of one of the autoresponders within this section it will populate into all the autoresponders for all of your listings.
