Auto Posting For Listings

Now you can manage the ‘Post Templates’ and ‘Posting Preferences’ directly from the ‘Settings’ tab for each listing.

Go to the “Listings” tab > “Settings” > “Autoposting”:

NOTE: please make sure to have your social media accounts connected in “Profile” > “Auto Posting”. Or CLICK HERE to connect them.

IMPORTANT: any change you make will apply to all auto-posting settings for your listings.

Add Post Templates for Your Listings

1. Click the 'Autoposting' tab (Item 1 below)
2. Click the GREEN 'Copy' button.
3. Click in the editor box and paste.

Tags will show variable data like {city} is the city of the listing and so on.

If you are subscribed to Listings-to-Leads Text / /IVR service, the information for that will automatically appear in the post text and the image posted.

4. Click 'Save'

NOTE: You can now 'Customize for each platform' AND 'Customize for each status' by checking the appropriate boxes above the editor and editing the template!

Posting Preferences

Select the posting preferences shown below as appropriate.

NOTE: you can select to auto post the Listing Landing Page or the Single Property Website using the dropdown 'Select Tool'.

IMPORTANT: Auto / Push posting maximum limits are 15 listings per day per Facebook guidelines.
