Paste in Your Property Description From Another Site Properly
The property description text is used in all the tools and is typed in a font designed to be visually appealing on all screens and devices.
When pasting your property description into Listings-to-Leads, follow this simple, fast step to ensure you do not copy in a lot of invisible HTML that can cause your eFlyers, property websites, virtual tours, and other marketing tools to look bad.
BEFORE pasting in the property description:
- Click the HTML Code button, as shown in the screenshot below.
- Paste the description in the Property Description section.
- Once you have pasted the description, you can unclick the HTML Code button.
Please look at the second screenshot if you have listings for which you need to fix the property description.
How do you fix a property description that has already been pasted in?
- To fix the property description for your listing, click on the HTML Code button.
- Highlight all the text as shown below.
- Remove the current text and paste the description again.
- Uncheck the HTML Code button.
If any issues remain, click 'Contact Support' from within your account and ask for help. Include the property address or property website URL so we can help you fix this.
