When you receive error messages while creating ads or cannot locate a specific Business Page you want to connect to, we recommend that you remove any old Business Integrations with Facebook.
This process can help you troubleshoot any issues with Social Content, Auto-Posting, Ads, and our L2L BOT.
To go to your Business Integrations, follow the steps below:
- Click on the top right corner of your Facebook Account.

Select Settings & privacy.

Click on the Settings option.
- Select Business Integrations.
- If you have connected your Listings-to-Leads account to our different tools, then you will see other options.
If you remove Listings to Leads—Social, the Social Content connection with your account will reboot or be removed.
L2L Auto-posting controls the connection with your Ads and AutoPosting tab. You must remove it to troubleshoot the connection.
If you are not able to locate the Business integrations, then try to use the link below:
Click here to go to Business Integrations on your Facebook Account. -
Once you have removed the Integration, re-connect your Ads and Auto Posting tabs.
