What happens if your leads receive 2 welcome messages when using our BOTS?
Maybe this happens because you have the ‘Instant Reply’ option ON in your Facebook page. This affects the performance of our BOTs because people can get confused by seeing two welcome messages like this:
Make sure to turn the ‘Instant Replies’ OFF so our BOTS can work properly. Follow the steps below to do that:
1. Go to your page and click ‘Settings’ in the navigation bar.
2. Click ‘Messaging’ from the menu on the right side of the screen.
3. Scroll down to the ‘Show a greeting’ section.
4. Turn off the Greeting message.
