We have released a new update and now it’s easier and faster to create BOTs! We have BOTs to promote Listings, BOTs to provide Home Valuations, and BOTs to help leads buy or sell a house!
Follow the steps below to create your first BOT:
1. Click the 'Add Bot' button.
2. Start by adding a bot title and selecting a Facebook page from the popup. Please note that you can only have one BOT per Facebook page.
3. Check one or more conversation types from the ‘Conversations’ section. For example, if you want to create a ‘Home Valuation’ BOT, then proceed to check only the ‘Home Valuation’ checkbox. Each conversation type allows you to get different leads.
4. You will see different fields on the right side of the popup that you can customize as needed. Find a brief description of each field below:
- Welcome Message: This is the message that people will receive once they interact with the BOT.
- Greeting Text for Chat Bot Plugin: This message will appear if you add the ChatBot Plugin to a landing page or website.
- Last Conversation Message: This is the last message people will receive after they finish interacting with the BOT.
5. Finally, click ‘Add Bot’.
It’s that easy! Your first BOT will appear on the BOTs list now!
NOTE: You can click on the View/Eye icon to test it.
Important: You can only create one BOT per Facebook Business Page, If you want to add another BOT please check the steps below:
1. Click 'Add Bot'.
2. Enter the BOT title and select the Facebook Page you want to use.
3. Check the ‘Listing’ checkbox in the Conversations session, and select the Listing you want to promote from the dropdown menu.
4. Customize the messages on the right side of the popup if needed or keep the default ones.
5. Click ‘Add Bot’.
Your Listing BOT will appear in the BOTs lists once it’s created. You can click on the View/Eye icon to test it.
